2010 World Cup: Seeding formula based on qualification chances (12 October 2009)

Seeded teams for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa using the 2006 FIFA World Cup seeding formula (see Wikipedia). The November 2009 ranking is computed as if no more matches would be played between today and November 20th.

Qualified teams determined using Voros' qualification chances (as of October 12th).

Uruguay/Costa Rica/Slovenia replace Ecuador/Honduras/Slovakia.

Portugal replace France as seed.

  1. hey when are you going to post the next one counting yesterday's result (Oct. 14) everyone here in Honduras is excited because of the qualification. I want to see in which pot we'll end up (probably the last one)
