2010 World Cup seeding: Portugal or France? (IV)

Hopefully, there will be no need to update this again.

Italy scheduled a second friendly and could affect the seeding.

Argentina canceled its friendly against Nigeria and it seems it will play just one friendly in November.

These are the November matches for the teams involved:

Argentina: Spain (in Madrid) on the 14th.
England: Brazil (in Doha) on the 14th.
France: playoff against the Republic of Ireland
Germany: Chile (in Cologne) on the 14th and Côte d'Ivoire (in Gelsenkirchen) on the 18th.
Greece: playoff against Ukraine.
Italy: Netherlands (in Pescara) on the 14th and Sweden (in Cesena) on the 18th.
Portugal: playoff against Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Russia: playoff against Slovenia.

Since it's a pretty wide table, I split it in 3 parts.

L - loss, D - draw, W - win, PL - PSO loss, PW - PSO win.

Germany's 1148 points (two draws) are lower than Portugal's 1148 points (WLPW), so Portugal would be ranked higher than Germany.

Now it's up to Voros to compute Portugal's chances for a seed.
