  1. Why does Japan gain so many points this month? I know it has something to do with devaluation of older points but any specific reasons / matche that happened this time of the year during the past 4 years?

  2. 5 matches played in February and March 2010 dropped from the most recent time frame. Thus, Japan's results in South Africa 2010 and Qatar 2011 are no longer divided by 23, but by 18. That's the main reason.
