2010 WC: Seeding formula (September 2008 update)

Seeded teams for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa.

Qualified teams determined using the current standings and the FIFA rankings.

Costa Rica replace Honduras. Only one match played in Europe, so I'm still using the FIFA rankings to determine the European teams.

France seeded, England unseeded.
