  1. Are the pots set in stone? i.e. will the CONCACAF and AFC qualifiers definitely fill the 3rd spot in each group?

    Trying to at least narrow down the possibilities of who will be playing which games in which cities...

  2. No, they're not set in stone. FIFA does have a habit of changing the pot allocations.
