Luxembourg will be ranked above El Salvador for the first time in the last 18 years and 8 months.
Azerbaijan will be ranked above Belarus for the first time in the last 13 years and 11 months.
FYR Macedonia will be ranked above Australia for the first time in the last 13 years and 3 months.
Indonesia will be ranked above Thailand for the first time in the last 8 years and 7 months.
Singapore will be ranked above Thailand for the first time in the last 7 years and 5 months.
