2012 African Cup of Nations: Seeding for the final draw (16 September 2011)

Bostwana, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Senegal have already qualified.

Removed from the table: Egypt, Cameroon, Congo DR, Benin, Mozambique and Namibia.

  1. Algeria are finished. You might as well take them out too. Ridiculous events would be needed for them to qualify.

    Interesting seeding system. Too basic though if you ask me. At the very least, they should award points for positions in groups in failed qualifying campaigns, and points for World Cup qualifying Campaigns and World Cup campaigns.
