FIFA Ranking: January 2012 probable results

Here are the probable results used for the January 2012 probable ranking. They are generated using the Elo Ratings.

Before posting comments like: "Hey my team actually beat the other team! It's a mistake!" please read the previous paragraph again and look when these results were posted (Yes, before the matches actually took place!) ;)

  2. Regarding Angola matches, Angola possibly used 11 substitutes against Cameroon (who in any case used their amateur local-based team) on 14th December. This match, however, remains in FIFA's database. They've got an official match report from the Angolan FA that mentions only 3 substitutes (although it was the Angola FA themselves whose online report suggested 11 substitutes).

    Regarding the January 2012 ranking, the Angolan FA lists 11 substitutes for the match against Namibia, which finished 0-0. I've informed FIFA of this match also. It remains on the FIFA.com site, but this may be simply because they are on holiday at the moment.
