2026 World Cup Qualifying CONCACAF 10000 Simulations (update 20 September 2025)

Here's a simulation of the 2026 World Cup Qualifying CONCACAF Third Round. In Group A, Panama is still favored to qualify for the finals, but their chances have dropped given their results to date, with El Salvador and Surinam's chances having increased, the latter most significantly. In Group B Jamaica's chances have increased quite a bit, and Curaçao's position in second place has strengthened. In Group C Costa Rica's chances have dropped substantially with Honduras going the other way.

Group A

                     Winner  Run-Up   Third  Fourth
Panama               56.65%  24.62%  13.20%   5.53%
El Salvador          20.55%  25.61%  31.38%  22.46%
Surinam              14.01%  28.39%  29.38%  28.22%
Guatamala             8.79%  21.38%  26.04%  43.79%

Group B

                     Winner  Run-Up   Third  Fourth
Jamaica              73.02%  21.66%   5.18%   0.14%
Curaçao              22.80%  50.50%  24.19%   2.51%
Trinidad and Tobago   3.99%  24.56%  54.06%  17.39%
Bermuda               0.19%   3.28%  16.57%  79.96%

Group C

                     Winner  Run-Up   Third  Fourth
Honduras             43.00%  31.71%  19.80%   5.49%
Costa Rica           40.69%  31.43%  22.26%   5.62%
Haiti                13.81%  27.72%  35.82%  22.65%
Nicaragua             2.50%   9.14%  22.12%  66.24%

So it still looks like Panama and Jamaica will qualify for the finals, but it's too close to call between Honduras and Costa Rica. The race for the Intercontinental playoffs looks to be between El Salvador/Surinam, Curaçao and Honduras/Costa Rica.
