  1. In the rules it says "If a match ends with a penalty shoot-out, both teams are awarded 10,000 points
(as for a draw). In addition, the winning team is awarded an extra 10,000 points.
The goals scored in the penalty shoot-out do not count."

So what happens if Team A wins the first match 1-0 and loses the second match 0-1 and wins the penalty shoot-out?
    Team A,1: 10000+6000+30000+501
    Team A,2: 10000+6000+20000-500
    Team B,1: 10000+6000-500
    Team B,2: 10000+6000+10000+501

    or is it:

    Team A,1: 10000+6000+30000+501
    Team A,2: 10000+6000+10000-500
    Team B,1: 10000+6000-500
    Team B,2: 10000+6000+30000+501

and what if Team B wins the shoot-out?
    Team B,2: 10000+6000+30000+501
    or
    Team B,2: 10000+6000+40000+501

    Thanks for your answer

  2. @Harald

I really don't know. I've been asked this question before about both the UEFA NT coefficient and the FIFA Ranking.

They could ignore the PSO part for two-legged playoffs.
